Okay, so meet Julian.. or "Jules" as he likes to be called. He's a twenty-one year old Spanish American, who lives on is own in an upscale flat in the dead center of the city. He is a hardcore drug addict, preferring to spend a good portion of his days snorting up some coke. This, however, is not all this particular fellow is known for. You see, Julian here, is the most "in demand" drug dealer, in New York. He may be stoned off his gourd nearly every waking hour of the day, but he is a complete guru when it comes to running his "business" and it's these kinds of smarts that keep the cops at bay.. no matter how often they might come sniffing around for the evidence to finally put him behind bars.

As far as his personality goes, well it depends on what state he happens to be in. A fresh fix will often find him dazed, clumsy and considerably out of touch with reality. As it all winds down, his mood might sink into a more bitter or miserable feel, with a bold streak of irritability. It is at this point, where it would be unwise to make him angry, as he is more prone to let his temper get away from him. He is obsessed with money and bizarrely has the memory of some photographically minded genius, when it comes to remembering who owes him and how much. If you stiff him or are late paying up, then don't expect him to be friendly about his collections by any stretch of the imagination. There may not be much to him, with his 5'6'' height and scrawny build, but he still fancies himself a tough guy and won't back down.

Basically, the sort of "friends" that Julian is prone to have, are the kind who are keen to sit around a bong, pipe or several lines of cocaine in his living room for hours on end. In other words, "fellow junkies". He isn't the social sort after all and it's not very likely that he'd be willing to simply "hang-out" without the possibility of getting high or at the very least, drunk.

Of course, if you have any other suggestions or plot ideas for friendships, I would love to hear them. I am open for anything.

Julian has never really had a "love life" so to speak, aside from the occasional one night stand. In all honesty, he isn't really interested in any sort of commitment, as a fling here and there of meaningless sex just seems easier and more convenient for his type of lifestyle.

So basically anything can really fit for this.. friends with benefits, one night stand, crushes.. so on and so fourth. Also, anyone is welcome to TRY to get him into a serious relationship, but they'd need all the luck in the world to come out successful.

Now I would assume the area of enemies would mostly pertain to cops or other such authority figures. As stated above, he IS the most popular drug dealer in New York and such a title was doomed from the start, to attract their attention. Of course there are certainly no limits to this and I do encourage any and all ideas. After all, Julian isn't the most likable fellow, so I'm sure he's bound to rub quite a few people the wrong way.

Once again, I'm open to any and all ideas, so if you have them plot away!
