[/b][/color] For starters I would like you all to know that this is simply here for the students of my academy to understand their Dean as someone who is much like them and not just someone who could give a hoot about their well being.
2. I have a drinking problem and I smoke. When I was a child my father was abusive and my mother was a whore. I started this school so I could help those students who were as unfortunate or less fortunate than myself when I was their age. I'm only doing this to help you.
3. I don't tolerate rule breaking. The Teachers whom I have employed may but I will not. If I catch you breaking a rule or acting inappropriately it's immediate detention and a months worth of probation on your student privileges. No questions asked.
4. I like to keep things clean and tidy. No I don't have OCD though I used to. I just like to keep things in order so that I don't forget what I have to do or what my obligations are. Things must be in precise order and up to date. I make sure to hold regular check ups with the Teachers to make sure they are on the right track.
5. I have children, Sarah and Clark, who attend this school. Yes it's true. My children suffer from numerous issues and rebel against me at any chance they get. It's really a problem that I can't ignore and it's why I enforce the rules and processes as I do. For their and your safety. That's my top priority aside from your grades.
6. I have a doctorate in education, psychology and medicine. I know what I'm talking about and I know what's best for you. Don't question it. You are to refer to me as Dr. or Dean Worthington, nothing else. Any other references will get you an immediate detention or suspension of privileges. Only my former students may call me Professor Worthington.
7. I used to teach at the college level and still tutor from time to time. Some of my students are actual teachers here despite what they have resorted to in their own teaching preferences. Just because they're nice and lenient doesn't mean I am. I do regular inspections of the student chat room and classrooms. Don't goof off.
8. I'm all for appropriate attire. I wear suits, but I also wear jeans and t-shirts. I don't like to stand out entirely from my school's setting. If you have a problem with the dress codes I have set into place bring your complaints to me. Though that doesn't mean I'll change them and I will most certainly crack down on you if you break them. You've been warned.
9. I don't swear, or cuss as you kids call it. Appropriate language please. It's the smallest thing I ask. We didn't swear as much as you kids do back when I was a child so I expect the same from you. If I catch you swearing it's loss of all privileges for two weeks. Not a lot, but there can be more.
10. As you can tell I'm strict. But I'm not always strict. I try to be nice. I try to be fair. But if you keep pushing me like you always seem to do things will get ugly. I have only so much patience once my massive reserve of patience has run out. So don't push me please.
